I additionally offer Myers-Briggs support to other coaches by offering profiling for their clients. and I offer workshops to teams who would value the insights of personality theory to improve their team dynamics.

I am a Christian and bring the insights of 40 years of commitment to my coaching, when working with clients who value a spiritual perspective.
Prior to developing 'Insights', I spent 20 years working in Information Technology for BT, specialising in User Experience Design (helping make technology easier for people to use). While there I did research into Colour Blindness and my work has been widely published and referenced.
I have published three books of poetry, as well as having individual poems published in various places. Some of my poems are available here online.
